Share the property history, your timeline, and what kind of impact you hope to see. We confirm basic eligibility right away so you know whether donation is a fit.
2. Due diligence & valuation
2-4 weeks
We order title reports, environmental checks, and a qualified appraisal so the gift meets IRS and nonprofit requirements. You do not pay for these services.
3. Nonprofit placement
Within 1 week of valuation
Your property is matched with one of our partner 501(c)(3)s based on mission fit. Because we represent them directly, there is no broker or wholesaler involved.
4. Closing & acknowledgement
7-14 days
We draft the deed, coordinate signatures, record the transfer, and deliver the acknowledgment letter plus closing packet your advisors expect.
